You bring the
clients. We bring
the NRS plumbing.
Under Nigeria's 2025 tax reform, every business will have to issue invoices through the NRS Merchant-Buyer Solution, or lose the right to claim VAT input credit on them. Large companies are already live; mid-sized firms go live July 2026. The deadline is moving down the turnover bands, and you are the finance voice these businesses trust. We run the certified NRS connection; you implement, and you keep 100% of the fee.

A market that has to act.
A finance voice they already trust.
E-invoicing isn't optional, it's regulation, and regulation creates urgency. Every VAT-registered business is a forced participant. The people who already manage their books and tax are the only ones with the trust and context to walk them through it. That's you. The integration is ours.
You bring the relationship. We bring the integration.
This isn't a software licence and it isn't a reseller deal. We've built the certified NRS connection and we run it. You've built the client trust over years of audits and filings. We collaborate on the rollout; the implementation fee, the retainer, and every engagement it opens up are yours to keep.
Independent accountants & tax advisors
You already file VAT and PAYE for a portfolio of SMEs. You're their first call when NRS announces anything. E-invoicing is the natural extension of what you already do, and the highest-margin engagement you'll book this year.
Fractional CFOs & finance ops consultants
You sit inside mid-market companies as the senior finance brain. E-invoicing isn't just a filing exercise, it touches AR, billing ops, customer portals, ERP integrations. You're the only person who can walk it across functions; we handle the NRS half.
ERP consultants & systems integrators
You implement systems for a living. E-invoicing is a high-velocity land-and-expand motion: we get the IRN flowing through Zinye in a weekend with your team driving, then you expand the engagement into payroll, inventory, manufacturing over the next four quarters.
Honest math for a real consulting line.
Move the dials. Every naira here is yours: the compliance implementation, plus the expansion work it opens up. Zinye takes no cut of your fees, ever.
100% yours · one-time
100% yours · payroll, inventory, ERP
Not a licence. A working relationship.
We don't hand you software and wave goodbye. We work alongside you on every rollout, you on the client relationship, us on the NRS integration and ongoing compliance. Here's how that plays out.
The mandate does the selling
E-invoicing through the NRS Merchant-Buyer Solution is law under Nigeria's 2025 Tax Acts. Non-compliant invoices lose VAT input credit and attract daily penalties. You're not pitching software, you're solving a legal deadline your clients can't ignore.
Co-led rollouts
Every client engagement is co-staffed. Your senior runs the client conversation; our NRS engineer runs the integration and goes live. You're not alone in the weeds.
Inbound lead routing
SMEs that come to Zinye directly and need an implementer get routed to active partners by region and capacity. You set your booking limit, we don't oversubscribe you.
Compliance, maintained
NRS changes specs. We track every release the same week it ships, maintain the integration, and notify you in plain language. You never read a NRS technical bulletin.
Practice materials
Shared discovery scripts, scoping templates, client training decks, FAQ libraries. Refined through hundreds of ERPNext rollouts, yours to brand and use however you want.
Direct line to our team
A shared Slack channel with our NRS engineers for every active engagement. Stuck at midnight before a go-live? Someone is on. We don't ghost collaborators.
Six weeks from signed SOW to compliant invoicing.
Discovery · you lead
You run the workshop with your client's finance team, chart of accounts, current invoicing tools, AR ageing, customer master. We sit in if you want us.
Data migration · we drive
Customers, items, opening balances, prior invoices. Our team scripts the move from QuickBooks, Sage, Tally or spreadsheets. You stay close to the client.
NRS connection · we handle
Register the client's TIN on Zinye, exchange credentials with NRS, test sandbox submissions, flip the live switch. The whole NRS half is on us.
Training · you own
Two-hour training for the AR team, one-hour for management, delivered by you, your face on every slide. Ongoing retainer with the client is yours.
The ones everyone asks.

Who is this collaboration for?
Accountants, tax advisors, fractional CFOs, finance ops consultants, and ERP implementers. We're not gatekept by professional bodies, we screen on demonstrated competence with mid-market clients. If you're already advising businesses on books, tax or systems, you qualify.
So you're not selling me software?
Correct. There's no licence to buy, no platform fee, no reseller margin. We've built the certified NRS Merchant-Buyer Solution connection and we run it. You bring clients to that connection, lead the rollout, and bill them for the work. We're collaborators on each engagement, not your vendor.
What does it cost me to join?
Nothing. No joining fee, no annual fee, and we take no cut of your implementation or advisory fees. Your client pays Zinye a subscription for the compliant platform; you keep 100% of what you charge for the work. We're aligned because you bring the client and you keep them.
What does the law actually require?
Under Nigeria's 2025 Tax Acts, businesses must issue invoices electronically through the NRS Merchant-Buyer Solution in a structured format (Peppol/UBL XML), a PDF doesn't count. Invoices not transmitted to NRS can't be used to claim VAT input credit, and non-compliance carries daily fines plus interest above the CBN Monetary Policy Rate. The mandate is phased by turnover: large companies (₦5bn+) are already live, mid-sized firms from July 2026, smaller businesses from July 2027. That's the deadline you're helping clients meet.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. The contract for advisory and ongoing support is between you and your client. We don't approach your clients directly, we don't poach, and we don't market over the top of you. The subscription invoice from Zinye is the only direct touch we have with them.
What if my client wants to leave Zinye?
Their data exports cleanly in SQL, CSV or JSON, no lock-in, ever. We'd rather earn renewals than trap people. In practice, collaborations that involve a thoughtful rollout see > 95% client retention after year one.
How does Zinye handle NRS API changes?
We track NRS releases the same week they ship. The integration is owned and maintained by us. You never have to read NRS technical specs, we send you a plain-language brief when something material changes. Your job is the client relationship.
What if my client is outside Nigeria?
Zinye works globally, multi-currency, multi-company, multi-jurisdiction tax. We have connectors for NRS today, plus Peppol, India IRN, Italy SDI, Saudi ZATCA and Mexico CFDI. Cross-border collaborators are welcome, the same model applies.
The deadline is fixed.
The collaboration isn't.
We onboard a handful of new collaborators every month and route inbound leads regionally, first-in get first claim on their territory. Apply in three minutes; a real human replies within one business day.
