You shouldn't have to pick between accounting and inventory. Every plan includes all 12 modules — turn on what you need, ignore what you don't. The platform isn't worth more if you only use half of it.
Customers and suppliers are free.
If your customer logs in to download an invoice or your supplier submits a quote, that's not a "user" — that's the point. Portal users are unlimited on every plan, including Starter.
Your data leaves with you.
Full SQL, CSV or JSON export from the UI, any day, no negotiation. Standard ERPNext schema underneath. We'd rather earn renewals than trap people.

Is the price per seat, or per module?
Per seat. Every plan includes every module. You only pay for the people who actually log in. We don't believe in turning ERP into a cable bill.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is any internal user with a login to Zinye. Customers and suppliers using the self-service portals — to download invoices, raise tickets, submit quotes — are free and unlimited on every plan.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No setup fee on any plan. On Growth and above, white-glove migration from QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Xero or spreadsheets is included. Deeper onboarding help is available as an optional add-on.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with an email, choose your industry, and we'll spin up a tenant in about 90 seconds — pre-configured with your reporting currency and a seeded chart of accounts. No credit card. After 30 days you pick a plan, or your tenant pauses (data preserved for 60 days).
What currencies can I be billed in?
Pricing is set in USD. Billing in EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD, INR, BRL, ZAR, AED, NGN and KES is available at checkout. Multi-currency reporting (different from billing currency) is built into the product on every plan.
Where is my data hosted?
Three regions out of the box — EU (Frankfurt), US (Virginia), APAC (Singapore). You pick on signup. Scale and Enterprise plans can choose specific regions, including LATAM, Middle East and Africa. NDPC, GDPR, CCPA and LGPD-compliant by default.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Full export — SQL, CSV or JSON — from the UI at any time. Standard ERPNext schema. We retain a copy for 60 days post-cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently delete with a signed certificate of destruction.
Can my accountant or auditor get access?
Yes. External accountants and auditors are users like anyone else. Most customers add their accountant as a read-only role during close, and revoke access after. Audit logs are exportable and IFRS / GAAP-compliant.
Is Zinye open source?
Zinye is built on ERPNext, which is open source (GPLv3) — that's why your data is portable and the product is genuinely deep. On top of the open core, we add hosted infrastructure, regional compliance connectors, our automation builder, our mobile apps, and our support. About 30% of what you use is Zinye; the 70% that's ERPNext is exactly what you'd hope for.
